To assist us in resolving your concern quickly, kindly include:

  • A brief description of the issue or reason for your dissatisfaction.

This information helps us understand the situation and improve our products and services for everyone. Please note that return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Regrettably, we cannot process requests made after this period.

Received a Damaged Item?

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please let us know immediately. We take full responsibility for any issues arising from manufacturing or shipping mishaps.

To expedite the replacement or refund process, please provide photographs showing the damage or defect clearly. Focus on capturing:

  • Visible damage to the product or packaging.
  • Any defects, missing parts, or discrepancies from the product description.

Once we verify the issue, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you. In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item. These images are invaluable for our quality control efforts and help us prevent similar issues in the future.

Important: Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage resulting from:

  • Accidental damage by pets or owners.
  • Misuse or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Discoloration from sunlight exposure.
  • Alterations made after purchase.

Please remember the 14-day timeframe also applies to damaged item claims, starting from the delivery date.

Order Hasn't Arrived Yet?

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, you have the option to request a refund or a replacement. Please contact our support team with your order details, and we will investigate and prioritize your case.

Please Note:

  • Claims for non-receipt must be made within 60 days (2 months) from the order date to allow us to effectively track and assist you.
  • Refunds, once processed, typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
